Johnson State Women’s Rugby became New England Rugby Football Champions on Saturday November 12, 2011, winning two hard-fought games against Springfield College (26-10) and Saint Anselm College (17-12). Saint Anselm college was the only school to have a win against JSC during the regular season and JSC paid back them in full with a 17-12 win in the final game. Go Badgers!

JSC Welcomes Visiting Fulbright Scholar Zaharom Nain

Malaysian scholar Zaharom Nain is in residence at JSC for five weeks, from October 12 - November 13, 2009. His visit comes under the auspices of JSC's successful application to the Fulbright Visiting Specialists Program: Direct Access to the Muslim World. Professor Nain is an associate professor of communication studies at the Science University of Malaysia and is chair of the journalism program.
