Traditional Irish Dinner
JSC Business and Hospitality students helped the community celebrate St. Patrick's Day and raised money to aid medical relief efforts in Haiti by hosting a traditional Irish Dinner on March 17, 2010 in Stearns Dining Hall. A traditional meal, featuring lamb, Irish stew and more, plus a cash bar with Guinness and Irish whiskey made for a delicious night that made a difference for earthquake survivors in Haiti.
